No to fast-track, no to socialized health care

Senator Barbara Boxer
112 Hart Senate Office Building
Washington DC 20510-0505

Senator Boxer,

I’ve just learned that Congress is using procedural trickery to fast-track socialized healthcare in President Obama’s revised budget. This kind of underhanded and deceitful tactic muzzles opposition debate, and keeps American taxpayers in the dark! Furthermore, the reason there is a health care crisis in America today is because of government intervention. As P. J. O’Rourke said, “If you think health care is expensive now, wait until you see what it costs when it’s free!” The solution is to get government out of health care, NOT adding more government interference.

I demand that you stand up against such moves, pushing instead for greater transparency and fiscal responsibility.

Say "no" to so-called fast-track measures. Say “no” to socialized healthcare.

Sincerely,

Oppose Schumer amnesty

Senator Barbara Boxer
112 Hart Senate Office Building
Washington DC 20510-0505

Senator Boxer,

I find it odd that Sen. Charles Schumer's Immigration Subcommittee is debating granting amnesty to millions of illegal aliens when so many Americans are out of work. I believe the subcommittee should be debating how mass, unfettered illegal immigration harms Americans instead of debating the best way to reward illegal aliens.

It truly is outrageous that some special interest groups (and a even a few Congressmen) are more concerned with amnestying illegal aliens (those who have knowingly broken America's laws) than with helping unemployed Americans (more than 7 million of whom are kept from finding a job because of the ability of businesses to easily hire illegal labor). I fail to understand why some Members of Congress believe that it is so vital to give lawbreakers a free pass at the expense of millions of down-and-out Americans? I urge you and your fellow Members of Congress to fight any attempt to justify a mass amnesty. You have a duty to protect the interests of the American people, not foreign lawbreakers.

During this May Day-week, you might be hearing from a variety of groups who are calling for a mass amnesty. I urge you to oppose their calls for amnesty. Any amnesty, no matter how small, would devastate millions of American workers. How can you or any Congressman support an amnesty when 13 million Americans are unemployed and more than 7 million illegal aliens have non-agricultural jobs?

Sincerely,

Oppose health care reconciliation

Senator Dianne Feinstein
331 Hart Senate Office Building
Washington DC 20510

Senator Feinstein,

I urge you to oppose health care reconciliation.

I’m outraged that Congress would be so arrogant as to even consider putting fast-track language back in Obama’s revised budget. Such a move would stifle public scrutiny and debate and allow Congress to pass Obama’s massive socialized healthcare plan and his oppressive global warming Carbon Tax!

Moving health care nationalization through reconciliation will silence moderate Democrats and Republicans and produce the most aggressive, big-government health care plan possible. Health care reform is far too important an issue to be advanced with limited time and without full and proper debate. Any government plan to restructure one sixth of our economy should be debated fully under the regular rules of the Senate. If the budget resolution does include reconciliation, I will hold the conferees responsible and consider any vote in favor of the budget resolution to be a vote to subvert the legitimate legislative process.

Such monumental changes to our nation’s landscape should not and cannot be hidden from public view, and I’m urging you to take a strong stand for the citizens of our nation by refusing to support any such move.

Our nation’s use of procedural trickery to put socialized healthcare on the fast-track in the Obama revised budget is underhanded and dishonest!

Again, I urge you to take a strong stand against the so-called fast-track measures being employed to keep the public in the dark against these vital issues!

Sincerely,

Stop Judge David Hamilton now

Senator Barbara Boxer
112 Hart Senate Office Building
Washington DC 20510-0505

Senator Boxer,

Please join Senator James Inhofe to oppose and filibuster President Obama's nomination of anti-life, anti-liberty, and anti-Christian Judge David Hamilton to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Whereas, Judge Hamilton issued anti-liberty, anti-Christian injunctions which prohibited any prayers offered "in Jesus name" by civilian guest pastors visiting the Indiana legislature (which bad decision was later overturned by the 7th Circuit), and

Whereas, Judge Hamilton issued anti-life rulings striking down a reasonable law requiring abortionists simply inform women about alternatives to abortion in the presence of a physician or nurse (which bad decision was also overturned by the 7th Circuit), and

Whereas, the American Bar Association rated Judge Hamilton as 'not qualified' during his original appointment to the federal bench,

Therefore, Judge David Hamilton is an extremist unfit to serve in a place of such authority as the 7th Circuit Court, the same court which frequently overturned his bad anti-life, anti-liberty, and anti-Christian rulings.

I therefore request you join Senator James Inhofe to oppose and filibuster the nomination of the anti-life, anti-liberty, and anti-Christian Judge David Hamilton to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Sincerely,

Fire Napolitano Immediately: The United States Is Not A Police-State

Barack Obama
Office of the President
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington DC 20500

Mr. Obama,

Americans are repulsed by the leaked DHS anti-terrorism security assessment summary that clearly targets mainstream Americans as dangerous extremists. One section of the report reads: "Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups) ..."

But the rest of the sentence is an appalling shocker; "... and those that are mainly anti-government, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration." The assessment goes on to target veterans, people who believe that our immigration laws should be enforced, those who support the 2nd Amendment and those who may simply disagree with the policies of your administration. In short, this so-called security assessment targets the vast majority of Americans (Republicans, Democrats, and Independents) as subversives.

This leaked DHS security assessment is so repulsive that rational, freedom-loving individuals are disgusted by it. The only acceptable response is to FIRE Janet Napolitano immediately: No apologies should be accepted ... even her resignation should not be allowed. If Napolitano is not fired immediately, the American people can only assume that you support the concept of a draconian police-state.

I demand that DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano be FIRED without delay!

Sincerely,

Stop Obama's 'Abortion Czar'

Barbara Boxer
112 Hart Senate Office Building
Washington DC 20510-0505

Senator Boxer,

I'm writing to ask you to STOP Obama's "Abortion Czar." "Abortion Queen" Sebelius' die-hard support for ALL forms of abortion — especially the gruesome late-term abortions performed by her biggest political ally and financial backer, Killer Dr. George Tiller of Wichita, Kansas, makes her unfit to serve as head of Health and Human Services. The Senate should not confirm her nomination.

"Abortion Queen" Sebelius is currently under close and painful scrutiny because of her almost incestuous relationship with the infamous Dr. Tiller.

She's been caught red-handed under-reporting the amount of blood money she has accepted from Tiller over the years.

She even vetoed a bill that called for simple health inspections of the notoriously filthy abortion mills in Kansas, where one the disgusting abortionist refrigerated the body parts of unborn babies he had murdered, and then mixed them in with his lunchtime soup!

The Kansas State Legislature overwhelmingly passed a bill requiring health inspections of Kansas abortion mills, but "Abortion Queen" Sebelius — who now wants to head the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services — VETOED that bill!

STOP Obama's "Abortion Czar!" Vote NO on this dangerous nomination that would punish every unborn child. I will be watching your votes on this matter very closely. Thank you.

Sincerely,

cc: Dianne Feinstein

No amnesty for illegal aliens

Sen. Dianne Feinstein
United States Senate, SH - 331
Washington, DC 20510

Senator Feinstein,

I am disappointed that you and your colleagues on the Judiciary Committee will be holding hearings on amnesty when so many Americans feel the negative impact of the illicit hiring of illegal aliens.

Comprehensive immigration reform along the lines of the bills that failed in 2006 and 2007 due to a groundswell of public opposition (during sunnier economic times) will be the subject of a hearing paid for by millions of American workers and our families. I am not alone in my opposition to so-called "comprehensive immigration reform," which is build on the false-premise that we must choose between a massive amnesty or massive roundups of illegal workers.

I support a third way: workplace enforcement. If Congress would simply take away jobs for illegal workers, the tide of illegal immigration will ebb - and at far less cost than an amnesty program.

Unfortunately, your upcoming April 30th hearing isn't about taking jobs back from illegal workers. Instead, you will be discussing ways to give those jobs away permanently. This is a massive bailout for illegal workers and the unscrupulous employers who profit from them. Perhaps the wages for some of these workers will rise, but that will not offset the cost of Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, Unemployment (because these workers will be displaced by the next wave of illegals looking for an amnesty), and other government-subsidized benefits.

Comprehensive immigration reform that legalizes illegal workers made no economic or ethical sense in 2007. Considering today's recession, the Senate Judiciary Committee is foolish to even bring the subject up.

Phone me if you would like to talk about this,

P.S. NO rewards for illegal immigrants. Secure our borders NOW!
